To insert images stored on a web server, you need view the image code in a browser and copy it. You'll also need to use HTML message format (set in OWA's Options.) Check in the Options, Email Security section. Note: This method will not work if you have the S/MIME Control installed. You can copy and paste to insert images into email too.
